Here we are talking about the climatic change, and it does not look good. Anyhow, I believe that this photo is a place in the Middle East, it is surrounded by deserted land, as far as you can see. The entire planet can become like this desert one day.
These diaries that I am writing here, is to remember what has
happened in the world during a certain time of my life, and what were my views
about those events that occurred. There are two main things that interest and
worry me: One is the climatic change that seems getting worse, the other is the
useless wars that are fought around the globe, when humanity should be worried
about how to save the planet from becoming hotter, instead of trying to control
a small piece of land on it. So, let us talk about hot countries. When you think
about the hottest countries in the world, you might think of nations near the Sahara
Desert or in the Middle East. But there are many other countries that are just
as hot, and the forecast is that it can become worse in the future.
Now let us look at the wars.
Anyhow, it looks like that the war in Ukraine and the war in the
Middle East continue, most of the western world is worried about both wars,
because they have the potential to become the third world war, since most
countries are becoming involved, even if they are only helping the side they
believe deserves their help. Anyhow, once you are involved, it will become
harder to pull back, and if something goes wrong, they might start to go to war
themselves. I hope and pray God that that does not happen, because it is too
dangerous, And I don’t even want to think about what could happen then.

NOW LET US LOOK AT THE ELECTIONS
Let us start with the local election in Queensland. The
elections have been held. Most of the mayors have been returned, the only thing
that we can learn from this election is that the Labour Party has lost some ground,
in a by election for the Queensland government, so, there is a small change.
The presidential Russian elections
Looks like that Putin has won the election, with a large margin.
We in the west wished that he would lose, because of the war in Ukraine, but it
has not happened. So, now the world is stuck with him for another six years,
the only thing we can hope for. Is to pray God that he does not start another
war, because he seems obsessed with power. Hereunder is what I found on the
internet, and I quote.

The USA Presidential election.
It looks like that voting in USA, to choose the presidential
candidate who can be elected to become next USA president is over, and next November
it is up to the people to choose which president they want, whether it will be
Joe Biden or Donald Trump, we must wait and see. Usually, this voting takes a
lot longer, but this year they have already decided.
But what worries me is this, ex-president Donal Trump is being
sued and is many times in court, what could happen if he is found guilty on
some serious matters. Could he continue to try to become president again, or he
must give it away. Nobody seems to know this. So, we must wait and see.
But let us see what is happening in the world.

Views from Australia
I must say that today the lucky country has a few problems. It is
hard to understand, how a rick country like Australia can have financial
problems. Well, the problems are not very bad, but bad enough to worry a lot of
people. So, what is happening is this, the price of everything is going up. So,
it is hard to budget anything, the sector that is one of the most affected is
the house rental sector. Now, let me explain, in the past houses and units were
a lot cheaper to buy, so, the rent was also cheaper, also the overhead to keep
a property was less costly, so, somehow people could make ends meet, so to speak.
And the landlords were charging a moderate rent, and still be able to run a
business. But today is a different story, the landlords find it hard to run
their rental business, because there is not enough money in it. So, most landlords
want to sell out, but even that can be a problem, because there is not enough
money in rental, nobody wants to buy rental properties to run as rentals.
The politicians do not have a clue about what is happening, some
of them blame the landlords for being greedy, but they do not look at the
levies that they charge the landlords. If you happen to have a house, or a
couple of units on a block of land valued at one million dollars, the land tax
alone could be over 17 thousand dollars, plus all other fixed expenses that
could be as much again. So, here I need to ask, how much rent the landlord must
ask to make a small profit?
But that is not the only problem, to run a rental property is a
nightmare, sometimes the tenants don’t want to pay the rent, at other times
they argue with each other, and they find a way how to blame the landlord for
their arguments, and many other things. Anyhow, today to be a landlord is not possible
anymore, that is the main thing there is not enough money.
Anyhow, my views are that everybody is losing because there is
not enough money, and there is no way that it can work out by itself, like it
was working in the past. You see that balance now is lost, and it is not easy
to return to the good old days. We hope that we find a way out soon, but that
is not easy.
